Construction Cleanup by Benchmark Enterprises

Benchmark has excellent experience in cleaning up construction messes. No task or building is too large for us to handle. Due to our experience in this field of cleaning services, please note the following:

• Benchmark will not agree to work without a contract.

Our contract will specify the following requirements that are nonnegotiable:

• Benchmark will not begin work until the construction project is completely finished and all other sub-contractors and construction workers have exited the building.
• Benchmark will clean all areas once. Any areas needing cleaned twice due to a contruction worker or sub-contractor working in the area after it was cleaned, will be charged extra for the additional cleaning.
• All sub-contractors required by their contracts to clean their work areas after their assigned tasks are finished must do so. A cleaning contract with Benchmark does not void or release another sub-contractor from fullfilling his contract to a reasonable degree.
• Benchmark will bill after the cleaning is completed. The Construction Company will have thirty days to pay for the service. If payment is overdue, Another invoice will be issued along with a 5% surcharge.
